Bought a 40 hp Honda, The service dept. got me in right away after I drove 6 hours to get there and installed my new motor, Excellent job of explaining how to service my new motor. Financing was painless. Great place to buy your next boat.

Wasn't planning on buying, was just looking,. The place was super busy, spoke with Lisa and she was straight forward to any questions asked. Found the exact boat we'd been looking for and bought it. All the folks at Ed's were very available for questions, and willing to answer anything. The day we picked up our boat the tech went over everything, and didn't give us the bums rush to get away, he was willing to take however long it took to make us happy. If you called and the person you wanted to speak with was available, someone else was more than willing to help, or we got a call back by the end of business that day! We live almost an hour away from Ed's and it was worth the drive. They are a great group of people, and I'd buy from them again, no questions asked! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We purchased a 2020 VR6 with the 150 OB. I would like to say this was one the best experiences purchasing ANYTHING! Lisa is just nothing but WONDERFUL! She was honest and knowledgeable with all our questions about our purchase. 5 stars 5 stars 5 stars!!!!

Bought my outboard from them ten years ago in 2009. Got a great deal on a leftover zero hour motor that now has 3500 hours on it and still runs fast and smooth. Yamaha F-150.

I LOOKED AT SOME OF THE OTHER COMMENTS AND FELT I NEEDED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW MY TRANSACTION WENT. I ENJOYED DEALING WITH LISA AND FELT SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM HER AGAIN. UPON DELIVERY, TRAVIS WENT OVER ALL OF THE DETAILS OF OUR CAROLINA SKIFF. HE WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND WARRANTY OF THE BOAT,MOTOR AND TRAILER. WE HAD A SMALL WARRANTY PROBLEM AND THEY QUICKLY HANDLED IT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

Had a great experience with Lisa at Ed's Marine Superstore. I actually purchased the boat sight unseen. After a few months of looking for boats, we determined we wanted a Tidewater 230 and liked the LXF because of the seating arrangement. They had the best price that we could find online, so I contacted them, filled out a credit app, and wired a deposit. They were able to get us a low rate of 4.99% through one of the banks they use. When I went google Ed's marine to get the address to program it into my GPS, I noticed all of the bad reviews, so I decided I would write something positive because I had a great experience. I drove up from Norfolk, VA, finished the paperwork, did an orientation with the mechanic to go over the features of the boat, and trailered it back home. It couldn't have gone any smoother. I can't comment on their service/mechanic department because the boat won't be serviced there.The staff was very helpful and I love the boat. I've only had it 2 days and received several compliments on it. I had a couple questions about the boat and a promotion that came out on the yamaha motor the day before I bought it. They signed me up for the extended warranty promotion and answered all of the questions I had.I love my new boat and I had a great experience! Thank you!
